Adult Programs

Beginner (1.0)

Adults and older youth learn to play tennis quickly in an environment that incorporates the use of slower balls and appropriately sized courts. By the end of the program, players will have learned to serve, rally and score, play a match without the assistance of a coach, understand the rules and scoring as well as basic tactics and technique for singles and doubles.

Intermediate (2.0 – 3.0)

This is a coed specialized training and drills program for advanced beginner – early intermediate adults (16+) with previous tennis experience. This program is ideal for those beginner level players, or lower-level intermediates, who can already rally and are looking to develop their tactical or technical insight to take them to the next level. A review of the fundamentals will be taught, as well as singles and doubles tactics to improve your tennis game. Competitive play, footwork fundamentals and tennis fitness will be an integral part of this fun filled, high energy tennis experience. Participants should be rated 2.0 to 3.0* according to the self-rating guide and be able to maintain a rally.

Advanced (3.5+)

A specialized training and drill program for intermediate adults rated 3.5* and higher according to the self-rating guide. Advanced singles and doubles tactics will be taught to improve your tennis game. Competitive play, footwork fundamentals and tennis fitness will be an integral part of this fun filled, high energy tennis experience.
